 Antwort von psy (meeten-statt.drosseln): "es gibt ein kleines Missverständnis der Closed Caption Funktionalität: Es gibt keine Server-seitig generierten Untertitel. Ihr könnt entweder eine (oder mehrere Personen, iirc) bestimmen, die Untertitel live schreiben oder in manchen Browsern deren eingebaute Web Speech Api nutzen (dabei werden ggf Daten an Dritt-Services gesendet, geht nicht in allen Browsern). Bei letzterem findet die Transkription dann lokal im Browser statt und dieser sendet es an den Server."

 Whiy? 
 No built-in live captioning because of GDPR issues: voice data is biometric data and should not be stored or used for training without the speakers consent
